Gingerbread Recipe please....

I am a childminder and want to make some Easter biccies later today for the kiddies to decorate. Can anyone let me have the recipe for gingerbread so we can make nice shaped biscuits!

3509(12oz of p flour
2 tspoons ginger
1tsp bicard
100g(4oz butter
175g(6ozsoft light brown suger
1 egg
4tablesp golden syrup

heat oven at 180 350f or gas4
sift flour ginger and soda put butter in rub untill like bread crumbs then add sugar
break egg and add syrup togerther then stir egg mix to flour and make a dough then make what shape you like bake for 12 to 15 mins
