Trio of mini deserts

I'm trying to put together a trio of mini deserts for a party. So far I have lemon meringue pie and raspberry trifle cakes but I need the third. I was thinking something chocolate-y, or something frozen. Any deas? I need it to survive being made the day more, with minimal assembly or last minute fiddling.

What about a rich chocolate torte? Mary Berry has an easy recipe. You could serve small squares of it rather than a slice.
It can be served more or less directly from the freezer.
