I bought some fresh profiteroles from Tesco for Xmas ( with gold popping candy!) and was going to stick them in the freezer. On the back it says some of this product as been frozen, do not refreeze. I really don't want to just eat them (!), do I just risk it and chuck them in anyway? I'm sure I've done things like that before, without realising!
