Dumplings in a slowcooker?

Can they be cooked in a slow cooker? I used to like the crispy edges that you won't get obviously but how long do they take to cook?

I buy Aunt Bessie's and they take 45mins- 1 hour from frozen.

Yes yes, yum yum! I pop mine in about half an hour before serving.

They were the best! I think they took about 45 mins. Really light and fluffy!! Yum :)
