I have a recipe for a quiche that needs firm rindless goats cheese....would that be firm like cheddar or the sort that comes in a "log"??? Thanks!!

I've made it with hard goats cheese, as you say similar to cheddar, white and comes in blocks like this

we have dc with cows milk allergy, some of them ok with goat cheese Hmm (obv one not, you can't win em all)

Cheers me dears! Will go for cheddarish! Have made it before with that, but wasn't sure I used the "right" one x
