Does anyone have a recipe for a nice mushroom terrine? I fancy making one for a vegetarian main dish for Christmas, but googling for recipes just brings up loads of Pate recipes. I am intending to serve it in slices, so would like to avoid it being too rich.

If not, any suggestions for how I could make one? I'm thinking big slices of field mushrooms layered with red pepper would be nice.
