Ideas for DIY kids lunchbox

Been having real problems getting 8 year old DD to eat her lunch.

Yesterday the cupboards were bare, so for her sandwich I gave her 2 slices of bread and a banana. She then sliced it up at lunchtime and made her own sandwich and ate the lot! She loved it Grin

Has anyone got other ideas for a DIY lunch?

Slices of bread and some individual triangles of soft cheese?
I guess anything you can spread yourself? Mini pots of jam? chocolate spread? Thinking hotel portions.

If you provided the ingredients for a wrap, would she wrap it herself?

Maybe small pasta shapes or rice mixed with tuna/chicken/ham/cheese and veggies? Makes a nice change from sandwiches.

Great! Thanks, I'm sure she would be happy with some of these.
