I have made it in 20cm and a 23cm with success.

It is the best cheesecake recipe I have ever tried I think. Very velvety and the sour cream layer on top is lovely.

I have, but I prefer the texture of the London - there's only one way for you find out which one you prefer and unfortunately or not it involves eating a shedload of cheesecake

Do you think this cake would work in a 25cm springform Pan? I normally use 23cm but am on holiday at moment and only have 25cm.
