Leftover puff pastry.

Making a pie with ready made puff pastry and will have a bit left over want to use it for mine and dd's dinner tonight. What would you do?

I always make jam pinwheels as always have jam knocking about, also works with choc spread and you can add banana if you wanted. Basically i roll out what is left spread with jam roll up like a swiss roll then slice into inch think bits, place on baking tray with a sprinkle of sugar, and bake. Easy desert!

Ohh i note you said dinner, is there enough for sausage rolls? I add a some herbs or stuffing mic through mine, or occasionally black pudding. Depends on the pastry you have left though
