Christmas cupcakes

Has anyone got a simple but tasty recipe for cupcakes with a Christmassy flavour (cinnamon etc)?

I made our normal ones yesterday (125g each of self-raising flour, caster sugar and butter, 2 beaten eggs and 2 Tbsp's milk) and chucked in some cinnamon - probably about 1/2 teaspoon? They were yummy.

Last year I used a receipe from Aldi's website, it was for mincemeat muffins and they were lovely. They tasted like mince pies but were more subtle in flavour and lighter. I will be making them again this year.

I did some recently and just added 2 tsp of mixed spice to basic sponge cake recipe. Came out very yummy and I just topped it with icing sugar.

I have a realy lazy recipe. You mix 1/3 of a jar of mincemeat into basic fairycake mix - voila, christmas fairycakes! Plain white icing and a glace cherry 3udolph 'nose' finishes them off nicely.
