I always do either beans and cheese or tuna, sweetcorn and mayo. Stuck for ideas really. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Butter, just butter...

Or Chilli, chilli's good.

Loads of butter and loads of cheese. Then melt together. So greasy but so yum

Wildwaterfalls · 03/12/2012 23:25

Prawns and mayo. Yum.

blondieminx · 03/12/2012 23:25

butterbean stew

Or sausage casserole

Or leeks and mushrooms mixed with Philly cheese

wannabedomesticgoddess · 03/12/2012 23:28

Another one saying chilli.

I once had curry on a jacket potato which was nice!

tittytittyhanghang · 03/12/2012 23:30

egg mayo, prawn marie rose, mince n gravy with cheese on top, cheese, spring onion and mayo mixed up, cheese and ham, chicken tikka.

chezchaos · 03/12/2012 23:31

Butter, cheese and cottage cheese

CalamityKate · 03/12/2012 23:32

Philly and smoked salmon.

I scoop the potato out, mash it in a separate bowl with butter and cheese and pile it back in the skins.
Perfect.

Although, I've also fried up some finely chopped mushrooms, onions, and bacon and mixed it in.
Not quite so perfect as plain cheese.

Some or all of:
Branston pickle, chilli, butter, chives, salt, cheese, bacon, boiled egg, anything that's in the fridge and needs using up basically

SouthernComforts · 03/12/2012 23:50

Yy to butter, cheese and beans or prawn mayo/Marie rose

RaspberryLemonPavlova · 03/12/2012 23:56

ratatouille and cheese

grated cheese and carrot

weegiemum · 03/12/2012 23:59

Butter, cheese, beans, tuna, prawns, coronation chicken, bolognaise, and an amazing peanut sauce I discovered a few years ago.

Or if you're my bloody fussy dd1, then plain with some ham and salad.

I love the sound of taking potato out mashing it and adding bits then repacking them but it sounds like such a faff and i would no doubt make a mess of it.

Fried mushrooms with some crumbled stilton - stuff of heaven!

Or big sweet potato with lots of butter and grated cheddar!

(Can't beat normal spud with beans and cheese though!!!)
