has any one got a moussaka for 1 recipe

want to make something nice for dp as I am out tonight - ta

Moussaka freezes well, so you could make a normal big one and put a portion in the fridge for DP to heat up and put the rest in the freezer for another day.

Cool - just need a recipe now?

Ah, sorry ! Thought you already had a bulk one and was looking for one with quantites for one portion !
