what that about, any ideas how to make???

Use coconut cream or coconut milk. Use half to a whole bar of the coconut cream.

Add to the rice. Cook rice as normal (water covering the rice plus an inch).

Don't stir more than once. Only stir whilst water is boiling. Then turn it down to simmer, cover and leave it alone!

If you put an uncut chili on top of the rice and don't break it, it will add a lovely flavour to the rice without the heat.

dont have any coconut cream cause I ate it, but will try that one next week, thanks MDM.

It's the same as mine. You can use either coconut cream or milk.
