get some dried fruit wizz in food processor until really smooth add a little water(a table spoon) then spread out on baking sheet bake for about 2 hours at gas 2 or 160, you should be left with a sheet of fruit about the consistancy of a wine gum, cut into bite size pieces or use little cutters, leave to cool they are like lttle fruit gums you can use single fruits or combinations use about 500g per time

OMG homemade fudge is absolutely unbearably good. When I make it I keep 'testing' huge quantities during the cooking process and end up with half what I should have and terrible nausea.

spdermama and elcose that both sounds really good. Fancy some chocolate from the shop right now but both of your ideas sound fab. Yes i would eat all the fudge so maybe thats a dangerous recipe !

Microwaving meringues is great fun (but they explode a bit when you eat them).

Just mix as much icing sugar as you can into an egg white, Roll mixture into a sausage. Cut thin 2p sized slices, put 4 or 5 onto greaseproof paper & microwave for a few seconds (watch through door, they grow very quickly).

Decorate with smarties etc stuck on with icing.

milliways that sounds delicious. Will have to make that recipe.

and the easiest truffles in the world - melt 250g chocolate, stir into 250ml double cream, put in fridge to set, then roll into balls (use teaspoons) and roll in drinking chocolate / cocoa powder / chocolate sprinkles.
