A simple dill sauce Please

Im after a very simple dill sauce pls

I've googled and they are all American sites

I want something quick and easy

Do you mean for with smoked fish? If so
2 rounded tablespoons made french or german mustard
1 rounded tablespoon gran sugar
1 egg yolk
7 tblsp olive oil
2 tblsp wine vinegar
1 rounded tsp fresh dill or level tsp dried dill
s and p
Beat egg sugar and mustard gradually add oil and vinegar mixing thoroughly between each addition

season and stir in dill
