Frozen fresh tuna, would you re-freeze?

Defrosted a piece of fresh tuna, only eaten half of it. Can I stick it back in the freezer, or do I need to eat it tomorrow?

If it's been cooked since defrosting, then it's okay to re-freeze. If it's still in the same (raw/cooked) state that it was in when defrosted, it would be best to keep it in the fridge and eat ASAP.

Thanks, sorry I wasn't clear (got a rotten cold and brain seems to be on strike). It's cooked and cooled so I'll freeze it for another day, thanks again.
