advise please re freezing filo

I've just made a Christmas Filo pie for Boxing Day and want to now freeze it. Do i freeze immediately or should i cook it first? I know filo is fragile and after spending all morning in the kitchen i'd hate to mess up now.

I've done both when making spinach pie. It was fresher when frozen uncooked.
