Had a huge leg of lamb for sunday lunch and have still got a lot left(will need to be cut of the bone).
What is the best way to deal with it as it is already cooked? .Dh suggested a curry?

If anyone has any good ideas I would be grateful.

Curry is good.
You could also make some burgery type things, mince the meat, add finely chopped onions, curry powder, egg, maybe some mango chutney, mix it all up, shape it into patties and fry them until thoroughly cooked.

Slice and freeze in portions for midweek roast

Scotch broth. I made some a couple of days ago, it is so good.

For seasoning I use thyme, and I use beef broth not water.
