round tins

I get confused - not difficult - are tins for baking measured in diameter or radius?

Also, does anyone know where I can find a 6" silicone round baking tin?

They're measured by their diameter.

No idea where you'll find a silicone mould that small though; I can find plenty of non-stick metal ones (loose bottom or spring-form) in this size on Amazon but nothing in silicone...
