Chicken livers (a hidden surprise inside my free range chok from the farmers market)
Do not ever buy pate its soooooooooo much nicer and so easy to make at home!

butter and cream cheese
It was a basc recipe - I had a deep craving for pate.
Form the teen cookbook Sam Stern
Chicken livers
shallot
garlic
bacon
herbs
apple juice/or booze
Blend with cream cheese and add some lemon juice
spoon into little pots, top with melted butter and peppercorns and chill

double yummer.
