I need to use up chicken stock

I don't have any of the chicken left but have a large bowl of stock. I was hoping for something I could bung in the slow cooker tomorrow but DS said bean stew sounds yuk and I cant think of anything else with store cupboard ingredients.

Any ideas?

Risotto?
You can freeze stock.

Soup. Cut up lots of veg - small dice are best and include a potato to thicken it - and simmer til tender. Blend about half the soup then add it back to the rest.

I make this all the time, using either left over stock or, failing that, Marigold veg stock powder. Even the DC's like it.

Oh, forgot to say I often add in a few frozen peas, or a small can of sweetcorn at the end (after the blending).
