Tell me how you make your chicken nuggets please

I have mini fillets, I have bread, I have egg. I don't have garlic powder/paprika/blah blah blah and I ain't mincing chicken! :o

Bit late but I dip in flour, dip in egg, roll in seasoned breadcrumbs, and shallow fry or bake

In the end i just dipped in egg and rolled in tiger bread crumbs. They wolfed them down. Will add a little something to the breadcrumbs next time.

Didn't dip in flour though

Cornflake crumbs.

Tiger bread crumbs and cornflakes are the best.

Flour, egg breadcrumbs and bake in oven, works for strips of fish or fishcakes too though they need to be fried.
