Leftover sausages

Any ideas on what to do with left over sausages?

Cooked too many last night

was thinking pasta bake, omelettes or mixed in with noodles

or simply reheated and served with potato wedges

any other ideas?

Fry an onion and some bacon. Add chopped sausages and then thow in some cooked potatoes and whatever vegetables you have. Cabbage is surprisingly nice. Season and serve.
