Yesterday's dinner was 'leftovers' from the freezer. I had no idea what they were i defosted them as yet again they weren't labeled.
Turns out it was veggie chilli & quorn bolognaise (which i mixed together) plus a small portion of mushroom risotto (DS bagged this one).
The above with jacket potatoes & carrots was dinner last night. DCs ate up but weren't over impressed and DS tells me that risotto doesn't freeze well.
So today i've been out to do some food shopping so they can have a 'normal' dinner
