Feeling awful after being ill - what are your easiest/quickest toddler foods? Mine are getting unbelievably bored of pasta/pesto and sandwiches, but i am feeling all wibbly and finding it hard to stand at the cooker for a long time, pathetic!

eggy bread
omelette
roast chicken pieces (just season and sling 'em in the oven) with whatever starch you've got to hand
frozen corn on the cob microwaves really well if you feel the need to do veg

Scrambled egg and toast, with beans if they look very hungry!
Fish fingers
Cheese omelette
Pot of stew from freezer
Beans on toast (with grated cheese mixed in or not)
Pasta and sauce. Ella's Kitchen and Heinz both do overpriced pouches of sauce

Pasta (throw a few peas in just before cooking time is up), with a dollop of creme fraiche and a bit of smoked salmon stirred in.

Or cook a bit of fresh salmon in the oven (wrapped in foil or greaseproof) so not much stove-standing) and serve with the pasta/peas/creme fraiche thing.

Ham would probably do instead of the salmon. Or cream cheese instead of the creme fraiche, if that's what you have in.
