I defrosted salmon fillets this morning. Can I cook them and then put them in dd1's lunch box tomorrow for her childminder to reheat?? I'm terrible about the etiquette of freezing and reheating etc..... Tia

Almost anything can be frozen and/or reheated once it is cooked, no problem. The only thing you can't do is refreeze raw stuff once it has been thawed.

yes its fine just make sure it's cooled quickly after cooking (cool on counter, put in fridge as soon as it has cooled).
