apple sauce???

have some pork chops to use up by today, have apples but not sure how to make the sauce, will a cheese sauce do??

Apple sauce is easy.

Peel and chop, the smaller you chop the quicker it cooks.

Put apple with a little water in a saucepan and simmer gently, keep stirring and mush down with a spoon. Continue until required consistency. Add a little sugar to taste.

Only use enough water to stop the apple burning and sticking.
