farty smelling chicken

So I opened a pack of M+S organic chicken bits and it smelled a bit like... Faint farts really.

Sell by is tomorrow and it wasnt green on slimey.

I marinaded it and roasted if for an hour or so. Will it kill DS? I was thinking of chicky tonight and thigh meat for sandwiches tomorrow.

Im veggie btw, so not the best judge of off carcas!

If it smells i wouldn't eat and i'm one of those who would cut the mould off anything and eat.

Smelly chicken is a no no for me though.

I think you always get a farty smell when you open chicken. It's a build up within the packaging if it still smelt after leaving it open for a few minutes then I'd be wary but otherwise you'll be fine.
