I've just had a lot of fun making Paul Hollywood's 8 strand plaited loaf (as seen on bake-off!) and it's AMAZING. Ok, it's a bit bulbous at one end but the taste and texture are heaven. So now I have the bread-making bug...
I want to make some rolls to take into work tomorrow and have found this recipe for a selection of flavoured rolls:

Do you think it would be ok to tweak it a little so that the stilton and mushroom go together?
Has anyone ever made these?
