I'm in a spot of bother with a huge slab of pork belly I've defrosted.
I only need it to feed 8, and it would feed 16 (at least!) It's Huuuuuuge...
Can I cut in in half, roast both bits and freeze one half? What would happen with the crackling when I defrosted the second half?
Any help appreciated. I cannot get my head around it
