I have a two year old girl, needing some more healthy variety

What does she normally have?

quiche
babybel/little cheeses
breadsticks/veg and dip
pitta pockets/wraps
sausage roll/mini sausages
hard boiled egg
crackers
baguette
cold pasta
fruit salad

Not a very inspiring list but I never had a very adventurous eater.

I'm confused - why would a toddler need a lunchbox? [very obtuse face]

My 2.5 yr old takes her lunch to nursery 3 times a week. She is dreadful eater but it usually goes something like this:

Sandwich made with one slice of bread
Small pot of yogurt
Ella's Kitchen smoothie (or similar)
Small pot of fruit - grapes, pineapple, strawberries or whatever I have in
1 biscuit

She eats this spread between snack time and lunch.

My DS3 (3) would happily have (for all meals) a pepperoni sandwich, grapes, strawberries, some chedder cheese and a chocolate biscuit - if he's in a fussy mood he always asks for a pepperoni sandwich! Grin

DD1 (3.5) had today- a salami sandwich from TWO pieces of bread, 2 cherry tomatoes, a chopped up kiwi, a fromage frais and a blue fairy cake.

She eats about twice as much at pre school than she ever does at home.
