Lamb Chops... How.. And with what?

Trying to use up freezer and found a nice pack of chops leftover from bbq season.... Personally only used them on bbq and havnt cooked them for years any other way. N.B: i dont have a grill, only oven an hob. Ideas appreciated!

I found an amazing recipe for lamb chops in th jewisw princess cookbook. You mix together 6tbsp of runny honey, 6tbsp of tomato ketchup and 6tbsp of soy sauce. Add a tiny bit of water to loosen it up then marinate the chops. Then do for about 45 mins to an hour at 160 turning half way through.

I'd pound up a clove of garlic with some coarse salt, add a little olive oil, and rub it well into the chops. Get them going on the hob in an oven-proof frying pan, grind plenty pepper over the top, sprinkle on some rosemary blades, then place in a hot oven for about 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with redcurrant jelly
