Thanks to a website SueW listed a while ago: Food and Mood Project , I'm going to try eating good mood foods. Not detox, but a definite increase in things that will help me feel better. And I know some of you know loads about this soo.......

recipes, suggestions, ideas, please!

Thanks robinw. I'm getting fish oils (eye Q) and some probiotics too. Look for the new, improved, happier, smarter me in a few weeks.

Thanks for this JJ, very interesting and I'll have a good look at the site tomorrow. I deliberately bought and cooked organic turkey breast for supper tonight because it's low fat and I know it contains trypophan (sp?). It was nice, here's what I did with it: marinated in a mixture of 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, tsp of sesame oil, tsp of sugar, couple tablespoons of lime juice, few sprinkles of chilli powder. It was lovely and we had it with noodles and stir fried vegetables.
