Bruschetta topping

Help. I have got a party coming up and have some ready made bruschetta slices, but am struggling to think of toppings. Any ideas would be most appreciated. I would also appreciate for any ideas for cheap and easy ideas for a cold buffet. Thanks in advance

chopped tomatoes and herbs.

sanwiches, obviously - only butter one side of the bread
salads
quiche / pie

veg sticks / tortia chips and dips - garlic dip, one crushed garlic clove, half/half mixture of mayo and greek youghurt

I just put basil fresh tomato cut up & red onion on mine with a bit of garlic and balsamic.

You could put garlic mushrooms on too.

That's not much help is it.

Get to lidl too they have loads of cheap continental meats.
