Just made my first tart with chicken, mushroom and chorizo - it is amazing!

Oh it's great. We are going through a phase of making sausage rolls. Today's experiment was chicken and apple ( touch more seasoning next time).

You can use it to make alternative-looking mince pies too. Just spread a tin of mincemeat onto it, roll it up lengthways, slice into half-inch rings, place flat on a baking tray and cook in the oven. You can sprinkle them with icing/caster sugar when they're done too. Mmmmm.
