Opened flour - any good for bread?

Would flour with use by date Dec 2012 which has been in open bag in cupboard still taste OK in bread. Dates back to DP's bread making phase earlier this year but is rather nice local milled with grains so would be nice to use it up.

Shouldn't make any difference whatsoever.
Bake away!
