I have sage, breadcrumbs and sausage meat, but no onion, would you still make it?

DO you have any leeks? Garlic? Lemon to use the rind of? Chives? What's in the spice cupboard?

I have some frozen chopped garlic, spice cupboard has all the usuals, sage, oregano, fennel seeds, paprika, caraway, chilli powder, did you have something in mind? Grin

Yup. Put in a bit of chopped garlic, that'll do for the onion replacement, then add some crushed fennel seeds if it's pork or chilli if it's chicken.
Bingo- stuffing done!

Just add a bit of the garlic. Something as random as a bit of grated courgette can help to lighten the texture.

I've got fennel on the pork so that will work well. Thankyou.

Really need to go shopping soon it's like mother hubbards kitchen!
