hundred to one anyone?!?!

Trying to find a recipe for 100 to one - have got some leftover roast lamb from the weekend, and wanted to turn it into 100 to one, but can't find a recipe???

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Think it's just spuds, lamb and onion with the gravy on the top, but not entirely sure....

why not shred the lamd make a thick onion and rosmary gravy and top with savoury scones!

Very old fashioned recipe, uses up roast dinner left overs - roast spuds chopped, roast lamb chopped, some onion and then the gravy on, all in the oven. Think there's something else in there though.
