Quick lunch and dinner ideas for 1 year old

Stuck in a food rut for 1 year old. Currently making the following on rotation, but feel like I really need more ideas to mix it up:

Spag Bol
Meatballs in tomato sauce
Homemade burgers
Jamie Oliver fish fingers
Fish pie with leek
Lentil and tofu burgers (doesn't go down well)
Lentil and chicken soup ( with sweet potato and spinach)
Sometimes sweet potato wedges to go with main meal
Cottage pie
Lasagne

I know that seems like a lot but it all feels and tastes pretty samey. Any ideas?

My LOs used to love Gnochi at that age. You can spear them with a fork and they don't fall off even if you wave it around :). Either with cheese sauce or pesto (if you can find low salt).

That sounds like loads! I've a really easy pesto recipe here www.toddler-recipes.co.uk/pinenut-free-pesto.html a friend also successfully used cream cheese instead of parmesan. You can have a look at the rest of the recipes but your meal options are way more varied than mine!
