Bog standard coconut cake?

I want to make a coconut cake but nothing fancy, just a plain sponge with coconut in. How much coconut should I add for a 3 egg sponge? And should it substitute any of the flour?

I've not made this myself but this recipe would seem to fit the bill:

This isnt bog standard but very easy and gives a good depth of flavour:

200g butter/200 caster/200 SR flour, 4 eggs, 2 tsp milk, 100g grated block of coconut creamed.

Mix as usual, 20cm x2 tins, bake 25-30cm. You could use buttercream or jam. decorate with toasted desiccated.

This one is also excellent - leave out rum if needs be :www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2007/nov/24/foodanddrink.baking29
