Did a big leg of lamb for Sunday lunch yesterday but there's loads left! Already got a stock stewing away but what can I do with the meat?
Answers on a postcard please :)

Get a jar of AlFez Morrocan tagine sauce, dice it, stir it in and serve with cous-cous.

Curry or even just samosas.

Or the old classic, shepherd's pie. We always had that on a Monday growing up, with the leftover roast lamb. drools

I'm in same position - bit boring but i'm going to make 2/3 shepherds pies and freeze 1/2 of them. You can make them really nice with red wine etc in the sauce, and parmasan on the top.

Otherwise stir fry or maybe rissoles? I love them but dp hates them.

Put a bit of oil in a frying pan, throw in some chopped garlic and some coriander, cumin and a bit of chilli. Add the lamb cut into thin slices and stir fry it. Serve in some pitta bread with some salad and tzaziki.

Moussaka or Cornish pasties or with rice and apricots.
