Flat bread / wrap

I am looking for a unique recipe to include a flat bread product. Many people have used them is different ways e.g Pizza's , desserts etc Please share your innovative ideas, thanks

We use tortillas for quesadillas. Not that adventurous. We use them for lunch time pizzas. Or we chop one into strips fry till crispy then mix it into scrambled egg with a bit of chopped chilli and spring onion as an alternative to egg on toast

You get them in Italy, folded And fried in olive oil with mozzarella and Parma ham and stuff on them. They're very nice. Piadini, they're called.

I have a friend who uses them instead of lasagne sheets...
