I used to have a great basic recipe for microwaveable spotted dick, but I can't find it. A quick internet search showed lots of variations, but most of them used the steaming method, or included breadcrumbs, lime, cloves and things! I just want a nice basic recipe using suet. I vaguely remember sugar and flour and about 5 mins in the microwave but nothing else, can anyone help me?
