I am going to a high tea party on Sunday and need to take a plate of food. It will need to be made the day before. It can be savoury or sweet- the key is looks good and doesn't take long to make. I would love any suggestions. Thank you.

Smoked salmon quiche
Make it in a baking tray rather than round tin then cutbinto small cubes, use dill or other herbs to scatter on top
Mini scones, I have no idea how to make these but: plenty of clotted cream and nice jam
Drop scones

I made a no crust which at the weekend, it was v simple and tasted just as good the next day. You could substitute the black kale for anything really www.toddler-recipes.co.uk/onion-and-black-kale-no-crust-quiche.html. just bring some nice fresh bread as well!
