Pudding to go with salmon main course - chocolate or lemon? Any suggestions please??

Need a dessert to make for tomorrow evening. Needs to feed 5 of us and I have 6 lemons, some frozen raspberries, puff pastry, cream and dark chocolate (plus the usual storecupboard stuff). Please could someone suggest some ideas as I'm at a loss. I also have some pots of chocolate mousse and a jar of Nutella. Thanks in advance.

Hmm - as you have cream then this lemon posset is ridiculously easy to make. (Yes, it asks for double, but I use single to make it with no ill effect - just takes a little longer to set.

Thanks, that looks lovely. I opted for the chocolate mousse slice which is on recipes here and it was delish. Def lemon posset next time though.
