Right need to decide -

SLIMMING WORLD OR WEIGHT WATCHERS.

Which do other people prefer and why?

I think SW is slightly cheaper than WW. Have no personal experience though.

Slimming World brilliant if you don't want to count points and have areally big appetite

I personally prefer weightwatchers. I find it a bit more flexible than slimming world. The recipe books are very good, easy to follow and food tastes good. I found that I could plan for my (very rare!) nights out by saving points and earning extra ones with exercise. Have a look at their website and look at the message boards and receipes, should give you an idea of whether its for you. A friend of mine has just lost 4 stone following it and is going to become a leader - so I shall have no excuses this year !
