Help! Just realised that the only time I'm really going to get a chance to make some biscuits for DD's birthday party next Wednesday is today. What can I make & cook today which will last until then? I want something which will hold its shape well during the cooking process as some of them will be in the shape of a no 3, others butterflies etc. I can't make the dough & freeze it as our freezer is full following me being in the supermarket just as they discounted all of their meat the other day. Thanks!

You could try making gingerbread it will mould into any shape you want it to, you can easily decorate it and it will keep for a few days.
