Can I do anything with this ham hock bone?

I've stripped the meat off it and put it in the pot to add flavour to the soup but after that can I do anything more with it?

eg use it again for flavour in soups?

I think, once it's been boiled up like that, all the flavour has probably gone. Still, you could try smashing it up a bit to expose the marrow, roasting it off and see if you can squeeze some stock out of it.

I dont fancy bashing it up somehow. I'm not usually squeamish either.
