You know, the little tiny ones that you put in coq au vin. The size that are made into pickled onions - only I want them fresh. Does anyone know?

I normally just use shallots. Don't know if that's wrong of me Blush

They're normally labelled as 'silverskin' onions but I can't remember ever seeing them for sale fresh.
