DP loves baking and DS (and me) love eating the results. However, DS can be a PITA about food. As part of a new regime to help with this we'd like healthier snacks. Will do fruit/cheese/nuts etc in the afternoons, but we'd like to have a healthier home bake in the mornings. We've a few recipes for carrot muffins, flapjack etc in our existing books but I'd like to get a new baking book for DPs birthday that's mostly healthy cakes i.e. a bit less sugar, more fruit/veg/nuts.An ideas?
